This is a common misconception. If you are a coach, consultant, or another type of expert who is used to doing private work only, it might be challenging to see how you could create a group that would work for your clients. But you CAN! In fact, even entrepreneurs who had no clue how to make this work, HAVE made it work - and were very successful too.
Take my client Cindy Van Arnam, who started out as a virtual assistant. We restructured her business, her private offers to bring in more high-paying private clients, and then came up with a way to serve current and NEW clients in a group program. She was able to completely SELL OUT in the program and now has a way to bring in income every month for several months, and only working a few hours per week.
Another client, Erica Lee Strauss, is a copywriter and had no idea how to leverage her skills in a scalable way. We created a coaching program for her where, instead of doing the work FOR the client, she would show the clients how to do it, plus provide feedback and reviews on the copy they'd write. She was able to enroll NEW clients into the group and create more income with more ease.
Another client, Kate Crocco, is a mindset and confidence coach. She came from a therapist background and thought the only way her clients would get a transformation had to be in person. She was also unsure whether her clients would be comfortable sharing in a group setting. I explained to her that having a group would create more impact for her (to serve more people) plus give a better service to her clients, by making them not feel so alone in the journey. She's been able to reach six figures FAST through leveraging groups.
It's all a matter of creating the RIGHT program, with the RIGHT format, and positioning it properly so people are SUPER into it! We will talk about that during the program.
