About Us:
At Heart Behind Hustle, we help entrepreneurs create scalable, sustainable businesses while working less. Through our programs, clients develop group coaching offers, automated sales systems, and paid ad strategies to sell in a hands-off way. We’re seeking a Client Success Manager to ensure our clients feel supported, connected, and successful throughout their journey.
What You’ll Do:
As the Client Success Manager, you will be the go-to person for ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience. You’ll focus on:
- Onboarding: Conduct 1:1 onboarding calls, helping clients feel confident and prepared to navigate our programs.
- Client Check-Ins: Maintain regular touchpoints to celebrate wins, address challenges, and keep clients moving toward their goals.
- Retention & Upgrades: Strategically guide clients toward renewal opportunities, VIP upgrades, or additional offers—without feeling “salesy.”
- Community Engagement: Foster relationships in our community spaces (e.g., Skool or Circle) and encourage collaboration and participation.
- Feedback Loop: Gather insights and feedback from clients to help improve our programs.
You’re a Fit If You:
- Love connecting with people and are naturally extroverted, uplifting, and supportive.
- Have experience with business—whether through entrepreneurship, coaching, or relevant work experience. (Past clients of Heart Behind Hustle are encouraged to apply!)
- Understand sales psychology and can confidently recommend the best next steps for clients, even though this is not a sales role.
- Are organized and detail-oriented, balancing client relationships with operational tasks.
- Thrive in a leadership role that focuses on elevating others’ success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who is proactive, empathetic, approachable, and genuinely passionate about helping people succeed.
- A natural problem solver who can anticipate client needs and take proactive steps to address them.
- Someone who’s already sold things before and feels comfortable with sales (although sales are not the main goal)
- Experience in coaching, entrepreneurship, or online business.
- Familiarity with programs like Slack, Circle, or CRM tools is a plus.
- Must be a fluent English speaker
- Ideally located in USA or Canada (or willing to work within USA time zone)
About the position:
- This is a brand new type of position for our company and will start at just a few hours per week.
- Our goal is to ramp the position up to 20 hours a week over time (but that will come with demand and based on need/results), possibly even full time down the line (but not for a while so if you’re interested in FT only, this will not be a fit).
- We’re looking for someone who’d like to be with us for a long time, given it’s a fit.
- There are opportunities for bonuses and commissions on top of base pay
- Fully remote, contractor position, work at your own time/hours as long as it’s at some point within our business hours (we are not looking for an employee)
