This is my favorite platform for sales funnels! That is, creating landing pages, sales pages, order forms, and all the other things that make my list building and sales smooth and easy. It also allows you to create membership sites and have an email platform within it (although that’s not how I personally use it). Best of all, you can share sales funnels with other people. So you need to build a website? You’ll need a website host. If you’re new and WPengine is out of your budget, Bluehost is the next best thing. This is the hosting you’ll need to create your own WordPress website with ease. Plus, it’s probably the most cost effective option out there (while keeping the quality high!). This is a great web host I recommend.

Beginning entrepreneurs always ask me about the best email marketing tools and when you’re ready to step into email marketing. Constant Contact has been shown to be consistently reliable with good deliverability rates.
This is the email marketing / email automation platform I currently use and love. We switched from Infusionsoft after 3 years and wanted something more affordable and still powerful, with all the integrations. AC has been very helpful with that so far, and I’m a big fan!
This is my favorite quiz platform! In case you didn’t know, quizzes are the next big thing in marketing and they’re an incredibly effective way of generating loads of leads. Plus, they’re just so fun to create!
I use this tool with all of my free Facebook groups to automate the process of collecting emails from each member request. This has created a database of ideal client’s feedback, plus they get added into my sales funnel right away with just a click of a button. I’ve saved hours each week from using this!
This is the shopping cart software I use and love them! You can integrate it with Stripe, Paypal, and many other payment processors and know everything will be in one place. You can do affiliates in here, set up funnels (with upsell and downsells), and coupons and more. I switched to this after using Infusionsoft, and trying SamCart and LOVE this way more – plus it’s just a one-time fee, no monthly charges! YES!
This is the webinar platform I use and recommend for all of my clients. I love it because not only is it way cheaper than GoToWebinar or Zoom Webinar, but it also allows you to do more cool things than those platforms do, such as hybrid webinars, polls, upload attachments, and much more.
This is a sibling of WebinarJam except this platform is focused on automated evergreen webinars! If you haven’t done any yet, they are an incredible way to increase your sales on demand, plus when used in combination with WebinarJam you can literally turn your previous live webinars into automated ones with just one click!
This is a total MUST for anyone who is doing evergreen funnels, or even launches. You’ll get to create countdown timers to install within your sales pages, tripwire pages, and even within emails – so the deadline is the same across all media for the person seeing it. No confusion, no weirdness. Makes your sales funnel run smoothly, creates a real urgency, and generates way more sales!
This is the only CRM I use and I love it because it’s not stuffy like the other platforms out there. This is really focused on relationships and communication. You get to stay in touch with prospects and partners, and get reminded when to reach out to them, and have everything in one place. It has made my life so much easier, especially during launches and doing effective follow ups.

This is the membership platform I recommend to all my clients and students who want to sell courses. Not only is it easy to create your course in the platform, but you can also get people enrolled, do cross-sells, upsells, and much more. It’s the best solution for someone who doesn’t want to deal with crazy technology or tons of customer service questions from your students.
This is my favorite Dropbox alternative. I love them because there are no recurring subscription fees, you just pay a one-time fee. You use it as you’d use Dropbox – it’s a cloud storage, you can access via computer or your browser, and you can share folders with clients, too.
This is the messenger and live chat plugin I use to chat with people who are visiting my website and sales pages. It’s a great way to provide support in the important point of decision making, whether it’s answering last-minute questions or other type of support. You can also do it with a team and do a help desk within it, but that’s not how I personally use it.
Speaking of help desks, this is the one I use. I’ve tried many different ones over the years and they are either expensive or confusing AF. This one is neither. It’s very affordable, easy to use, and organizes all the customer support tickets that are coming in about various things.
Call me domain queen! I have parked so many domains over the years and I love it. This is the site I use to purchase all of my domains, I love them because you can get domains for cheap (get it? haha) and I’ve snagged some for as low as low as $0.99!
